Our products

One of the main characteristics of Ai Cerri is the certified biological production of agricultural produce such as "farro", whose production is highly and geographically protected. Besides the farm breeds ovine and cattle which in summer are put out to pasture reaching the meadows at a high altitude.

The farm respects these traditional methods for any of its products, olive oil included which is produced by "La Colonna" farm in Minucciano.
